Ola Toivonen had put PSV ahead in the second minute and Dzsudzsak scored with a deflected 30-metre free kick two minutes before the break.
Mladen Petric pulled one back immediately after the restart, then Dzsudzsak remonstrated angrily with the referee over a decision, was booked, pushed the official and was sent off.

, despite having Guy Demel dismissed for a second bookable offence, made it 2-2 with a Piotr Trochowski penalty before Danny Koevermans set up a rousing finish by heading PSV back in front in the 89th.
Vfl Wolfsburg completed a hat-trick of German wins with a 4-1 demolition of Spain’s Villarreal for a 6-3 aggregate win.
Panathinaikos scored three times in six minutes before halftime as they won 3-2 at AS Roma for a 6-4 aggregate win.
