A hapless would-be gangster shot himself in the foot as he practised quick draws with a James Bond-style pen gun from his jacket pocket.
The 37-year-old man – who told police he’d bought the weapon in a pub – blew off two toes as the six-inch-long weapon got caught as he pulled it out.
Now police in Bucharest, Romania – who confiscated the gun and five rounds of live ammunition – say he’s facing a year in jail on weapons charges.
„When he gets out of hospital he will be charged with illegal firearms possesion. He said he had bought bullets but didn’t realise it was already loaded when he got it.”
