CALGARY, May 3 /CNW/ – Sterling Resources Ltd. (TSX-V:SLG) („Sterling” or the „Company”) is pleased to announce that Mike Azancot has joined the Company effective April 26, 2010 as Executive Vice President. He will assume his new role as President and CEO of Sterling following the Company’s annual general meeting on May 27, 2010 in Calgary, subject to the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange.
The Board of Directors has awarded stock options to Mr. Azancot to acquire 1,500,000 common shares at an exercise price of $2.64 per share. The options are exercisable for up to a five-year term and shall vest over three years from the date of grant.
